LOWER ZAMBEZI NATIONAL PARK

The Lower Zambezi National Park covers some 4000 sq km on the western bank of the River Zambezi.

It has an amazing scenery and wildlife, is also very popular for fishing.

You will have the opportunity to encounter with big animals from a canoe safari or boat.

The birdlife is rich - around 350 species of birds have been recorded here, including many species of eagle, kingfisher, heron, stork and bee-eater, to name just a few.

April to November is the dry season of this region and the best time to visit.
